+ When will my package arrive?
Your first box ships straight away. Then all future boxes get shipped at the same time – on or around the 18th of the month – and it should end up at your door by the first week of the month. You will get access to the Learning Hub instantly.
+ Is there a contract?
Definitely not! You’re free to skip or cancel anytime. Just keep in mind that if you're on a 6- or 12-month plan, you're committed to that full period. But feel free to skip any months during your term, no problem!
+ What is your cancellation policy?
If you're on a month-to-month subscription you can cancel anytime. For 6- or 12-month subscriptions, we ask that you stay for the full commitment. If you do need to cancel early, you’ll just need to pay back the discount you got on the first box. To cancel your subscription, log into your account here.

Currently, we only ship to Australia & NZ (free shipping). However we do have a digital membership available worldwide, see here.
